Where is my order

We ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt from our warehouse in Brisbane Qld. Most orders will be delivered within 48 hours of despatch but can take up to 5 days for remote area or in WA TAS NT.

We use Couriers to deliver your order right to your Door. You can nominate a different delivery address if you wish it to be delivered to your work or a friend. Most Couriers require a signature on delivery so please keep this in mind when selecting address. They will usually leave a Contact Us card if no one is home so you can arrange a suitable day.

How do I return a product

Please email us for Instructions. Please include the reason you wish to return the product Click here to email us

What if the goods arrive damaged

Please email us a picture of the damage and your Invoice number Under most circumstances we will replace goods damaged during transport

How can I pay

We use Paypal for all payments . you dont need a Paypal account to pay. Just use your credit or debit card
We accept Visa Mastercard and Bank Transfers

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

You have up to 45 minutes to make changes or cancel your order from the time it was placed.

If you have an online account with us, simply log in to your account, go to ‘Orders’ and select the ‘In
Progress’ order you wish to cancel.

If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to wait until you’ve received your order to take
advantage of our 14 Day Returns Policy.

Can I get express delivery?

No, we do not currently offer express delivery.

I’ve forgotten my online password, how do I reset it?

For security reasons, you only have three attempts to log in to your online account.
If you’ve forgotten your password, select the login icon at the top right hand corner of the homepage.
In the popup window, select ‘forgotten password’, enter your email address and click ‘Submit’.
You’ll then receive an email with a temporary password and instructions on how to reset your password.
